I live in Australia which makes Family History research rather difficult
We have been to the area and did as much looking up as possible in the time we had.

I have a MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE for a marriage which took place in Berden, Essex.

William BRAHAM, widower to Sarah KNIGHT spinster
26 October 1827
William was said to be "of the Parish of Stocking Pelham" while Sarah was "of this Parish" (Berden, Essex.)

I tried then while in the area to find further information on William BRAHAM, without any success at all and further research has also come up with zero!

If there is anyone with the time and inclination to see if there is anything further on William BRAHAM in the Stocking Pelham area or surrounds, I would be very pleased

eg: birth, previous marriage, death of first wife, children born to first marriage, anything at all.......
